Note: This article is for administrators of an ExpressVPN for Teams account.

This guide will show you how to resend onboarding emails to users in your organization who are assigned to one of your ExpressVPN for Teams licenses.

When you assign a license to a user in your organization, that user should receive an onboarding email with instructions on how to set up their ExpressVPN for Teams user account.

If the user does not receive the onboarding email, you can resend the email from your ExpressVPN for Teams Admin Account Dashboard.

To resend ExpressVPN for Teams onboarding emails to users in your organization:

  1. Sign into your ExpressVPN for Teams admin account.
  2. From your Admin Account Dashboard, find the user you need to resend an onboarding email for and selectVertical ellipsis. under MANAGE/CANCEL.
  3. Select Resend email invite. The user should then receive the new onboarding email.
